I was desperate to try something new because the special orthopedic shoes I paid a lot of money for weren't fully healing my plantar fasciitis. I was skeptical about these and figured I'd give it a try at least. I am so glad I did. First time was super painful for me just to stand on it for a few minutes and I definitely couldn't walk with them the first time. But my feet felt better right after taking them off! The next day I wore them again for a few minutes and kept leaning my weight back and forth. Once again, I felt so much better. Third day I was able to walk a few steps with them and could tell the issues in my feet were getting better with every day. Now I'm able to walk around the house with them for about ten minutes straight. It's incredible how much it helps.
If you're wondering about these, I'd definitely give it a try and work towards wearing them a little longer at a time each day. It can definitely help!
